At Accessible Life Coaching, we are deeply committed to providing high-quality, impactful resources that support people with disabilities in creating more empowered, pain-informed lives. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t align as expected.

Digital Products (Workbooks, Journals, Toolkits, etc.)

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and if you have questions, reach out to us at caroline@accessiblelifecoaching.com —we’re happy to help you decide if it’s the right fit.

Courses & Coaching Programs

We want you to feel confident when investing in your personal growth. That’s why we offer the following refund policy for course enrollments:

Self-Paced Courses: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Refunds will not be granted for completed programs or for non-participation.

Group or 1:1 Coaching Programs: Due to the limited space and live nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once the program begins. If you experience unexpected circumstances, we may offer a partial credit toward future services on a case-by-case basis.
